Meet Deb

A wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, neighbor, and UNC alumnus ‘96.  I’ve lived in Ward II in Greeley for 31 years.

I was an employee of the City of Greeley for thirteen years, so I know how our government works. Before that I was a registered lobbyist for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless for nine years.  I have been a public servant for most of my career.

Additionally, I’ve been an active volunteer for various local non-profits including the Immigrant and Refugee Center of Northern Colorado, the Greeley Family (Transitional) House, Weld Food Bank, Greeley Urban Renewal Authority, Greeley/Weld League of Women Voters and Greeley/Evans School District 6.

During my spare time I enjoy the Colorado mountains where I hike, mountain bike, snowshoe and star gaze.  In Greeley I enjoy long bike rides & walks, gardening, listening to live music, eating at our great local restaurants and hanging out with family and friends.

I am the incumbent candidate for Ward 2 on Greeley City Council and honored to represent you!
